Ensuring Full Use of Charity Automator Data Warehouse: 2025 Updates

Over the past year, Charity Automator has quietly expanded in ways that change how nonprofit data teams work day to day. Some of these updates add entirely new data sources. Others remove long-standing reporting gaps inside Raiser’s Edge NXT.

We created this checklist to help nonprofit data teams review recent Charity Automator Data Warehouse updates and confirm they are using all available capabilities. It is designed as a quick reference so teams can validate coverage across data sources, governance, and prepared reporting tables without digging through individual release notes.

If your organization uses the Charity Automator and would like to enable any of these updates or Data Sources, contact [email protected].
