Welcome to SimpliPhi, where philanthropy meets innovation! At SimpliPhi, we help organizations grow by simplifying philanthropy. Our solutions streamline and automate fundraising operations, resulting in sustainable growth for our customers. Our mission is to help philanthropic organizations amplify their impact, reaching more people more quickly and with less effort. To keep up with a faster go-to-market pace, we are looking for a Product Manager to own the entire SaaS product lifecycle (from opportunity discovery to post-launch optimization) so every release drives measurable value for our customers.

Key responsibilities

  • Lead market and user research: interviews, in-app surveys, competitor analysis—to uncover pains and opportunities.
  • Define product vision and strategy that ties SimpliPhi’s mission to clear customer and business outcomes.
  • Own user-experience design: map user flows, craft wireframes, and build click-through prototypes to ensure cohesive, accessible journeys.
  • Prioritize and maintain the product roadmap, balancing user value, technical feasibility, and revenue impact.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) with Product Marketing: positioning, launch messaging, and in-app adoption flows (tours, checklists, announcements).
  • Measure performance and iterate: track KPIs (MRR, adoption, stickiness, CAC, CLV); run A/B tests and data-driven experiments.
  • Champion continuous feedback loops: analyze surveys, support tickets, and usage analytics; fold insights back into the roadmap.
  • Ensure compliance and accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), uphold data privacy, and maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.

What you need on day 1 to be successful

  • 3–5 years managing B2B SaaS products through the full lifecycle.
  • Mastery of roadmapping and prioritization frameworks (e.g., RICE, MoSCoW).
  • Data-savvy mindset: comfortable using self-serve product-analytics tools and dashboards to explore usage data and validate decisions.
  • Hands-on experience creating wireframes and prototypes (e.g., Figma) and running user-discovery interviews and surveys.
  • Comfort working in agile/lean environments, coordinating across development, design, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
  • Ability to translate insights into compelling product narratives and clear requirements (PRDs, specs, user stories).
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and documentation skills.
  • Curiosity for the nonprofit-fundraising domain and eagerness to learn client workflows.

Preferred skills (but not required)

  • Success scaling an early-stage SaaS product to thousands of users.
  • Experience with deeper data analysis (e.g., ad-hoc SQL or Python) is a plus.
  • Familiarity with experimentation platforms and statistical-significance fundamentals.
  • Exposure to accessibility testing tools.
  • Experience tracking unit-economics metrics (CAC : LTV ratios, payback periods).

We’re thrilled to meet people who are as excited about our mission as we are. If this sounds like you, let’s talk! For more information about us, check out our main page.
